Our Approach and Motivational Maps
At the core of our services is our expertise in using and interpreting the information provided by a unique motivational profiling tool, Motivational Maps®.
What is a Motivational Map?
It is a simple on-line diagnostic tool that:
- enables individuals, teams and organisations to understand and assess what motivates them,
- reveals how motivated they are, and
- enables targeted actions to increase motivation at all levels.
Using the diagnostic tool results in a fifteen page report providing an accessible, easy to understand insight into an individual's work motivators.
Our expertise is in interpreting an individual's motivational profile in terms of their strengths and challenges, and their appropriateness for a particular role or type of work. We can also use the information to provide insights into such characteristics as flexibility, teamworking, decisiveness, ability to focus, and potential for conflict.
Each individual receives a map report, from which a Team Map can also be created. This provides invaluable information for the team manager, assessing how motivated their team is, and which motivators dominate the team. We use the the team map to provide an insight into issues and tensions within the team. Each Team Map is at least a 10 page report containing key information on Reward Strategies with at least 6 ideas for targeted rewards, as well as a Change Index Score, showing the team's readiness for change.
